VRAI is now requiring each vendor to automatically (1) receive orders, (2) send back order acknowledgement and (3) send back ship confirmation

These transactions must be completed using an automated process.  We have worked hard to make this easy for you and offer the following options. Please select one and complete the related form to get started.

 

  • Option 1 - PortalApp - Easy to use online web portal, includes CSV export/import and mass edit tools - Get more info here!   Don't forget to list VRAI as your retailer when filling out the form.  Additional fees may apply.
     
  • Option 2 - WebService API connection - Documentation can be found herehere.   Fill out this form when you are ready to get started and don't forget to list (1) VRAI as your retailer and (2)  'API' your system name when asked what you want to integrate with.    Testing fees may apply.
