Methods for requesting service include: 

  • Telephone: (888) 275-2160 option 1
  • Send an email.
  • Escalation to a paging system for urgent and off hours requests

All new customer support requests will be logged and monitored in our work order tracking system.

Spring Systems regular hours of operation are M-F 8:30AM to 8:00PM EST. For after hours and/or time critical requests, please send an email.

Please note the following timelines:

  • ASN's: processed within 4 hours of your request.
  • LABELS & PACKING LISTS: for best effort same day turnaround
  • INVOICING, UPC MAINTENANCE AND ALL OTHER SERVICES: 3 day turnaround commitment (normally much faster).
